Louise Morris Counsellor Farnham Surrey

About me

Before training as an Integrative therapist, I practised as a solicitor in London and lecturer at law school. I bring to my therapy practice the professionalism and clarity of thought of my legal career, the focus and communication skills of my teaching and myself, as another human being, with my own life experience.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, a full clinical psychotherapist member of the UKCP, and registered member of the BACP. My practice is underpinned by my original five year in depth training at a leading Institute and enhanced by ongoing CPD, supporting my passion for this work. I practice within the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice, and the BACP Ethical Framework. I bring my education, experience and strong ethical stance into all aspects of my work with clients.

My qualifications include:

  • Msc in Integrative Psychotherapy, Metanoia Institute

  • Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, Metanoia Institute

  • Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling, Metanoia Institute

  • Diploma in Legal Practice, Nottingham Law School

  • LLB (Hons) Law, Nottingham University

  • Accredited member of the Foundation for Infant Loss Training
